As everyone knows, 'you get what you pay for.' Never was this more true than in the case of this sunblock.Sure, it costs over $2,000 per bottle, but it's well worth the price. I only needed to apply it once a few years ago and I will never be sunburned again. Even now, years later, I'm confident I could walk on surface of the sun and my skin would only turn a gorgeous golden-brown. It's that good. Of course, I have to take Vitamin D pills for the rest of my natural life since my skin is now permanently impervious to UV radiation, but that's a small price to pay. Think of it as a marinade, not sunscreen.I just got back from a cruise with my kids. On the beach day I slathered myself and my kids with this, and you would not believe the sunburns we have. And this is the 2nd time this has done this to me. I thought maybe last time I didn't rub it in right. Surely this is my fault, not the sunscreen. Turns out it IS the sunscreen. This time I carefully sprayed it on thick, and rubbed it in good. I put it on a good 15 minutes before we went out on the beach. Not only does this NOT WORK, what little it does work is splotchy. I look like a white and red (mostly red) pinto pony. One of my daughter's burns have funny white marks on it. We used a non-pore clogging Neutrogena pf70 lotion on our faces, and that worked great. No one is sunburned at all on their faces. But anything on our bodies where we put this wet skin kids stuff that was exposed is splotchy red.
