Because the water is heavily treated with chlorine, it leaves your face dry. I must have aged a year for every month. I started using this it brought me back to normal. I continued to use it after the deployment - the ladies notice. I live in Colorado Springs and spend a lot of time outdoors - the SPF helps. It doesn't leave a greasy residue either and doesn't make you smell "pretty."
