This review is from: Avalon Organics Baby Natural Mineral Sunscreen, SPF 18 , 3.5 Fluid Ounces (100 ml) (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty) This has no bad chems (just like Calif Baby), but it's about half the price of C.B.! The difference is the SPF. C.B. is SPF30, and Avalon Organics is SPF18. My daughter (18 mos) has fair skin & light brown/hazel eyes, and this works great for her! Nothing even close to a burn! We even used it in FL when she was 12 mos. It's also nice that it looks white as you put it on... I can tell if I've missed a spot. It eventually soaks in to the skin a little more. Only downside is that it leaves white marks on everything (the stroller, the diaper bag, etc.) But those wipe off easily enough. Used on them while at the beach. The white cream went on smooth, not too greasy. Smells nice and fresh. Only applied once, as they were not out long and in the shade part of the time. It's only SPF 18, so may need to reapply. Best not to have dogs out on the beach for long anyway.
