This is a great sunblock at a very reasonable price. The one concern I had when I received the lotion, was that on the bottom of the bottle was stamped NQ-11-073. I was unsure if this was the manufacture date or expiration date. Also, I noticed a lot of controversy as to how long sunscreen lasts. So, rather than Google others "opinions", I contacted the manufacturer directly. They responded to my e-mail in under and hour, and here is their reply."NO-AD Expiration Code Reading This is an example code # lot only: NQ-11-08 The first letter represents the product code: NQ-(sport spf-50 for kids) The middle two numbers stand for the year product was produce: (11) The last two numbers is for the days in that year: (08) So this product was produce on (2011 on the 8th day) of that year The NO-AD products shelf life is (3 years) According to code # (NQ-11-073), this product will expire on (March of 2014)" The Q in... Last summer we picked up a bottle of this at a local Walgreens. This year, I couldn't find it in town anywhere, so I ordered from Amazon because we COULD NOT do without it!We live in south Texas, where the sun is hot and bright. We go boating a lot during the summer, and even spend a week at a lake camping and boating. I am hispanic, and tan nicely; but my husband is Minnesota white! I bought this sunblock for him, because he kept burning if we spent a day boating, even though he put Banana Boat SPF 30 on multiple times a day. This No-Ad did the trick for him.
