I did a lot of research on sunscreens before buying and this had a lot of great reviews for its ingredients. My family has a history of sensitive skin, so I was extra cautious with my 6 mo. old. She had no problems at all with it, and I use it as well for my face with no adverse reaction. The stick is easy to apply and great to carry in the diaper bag - no worries about lotion exploding! As always sticks are a little harder to use to apply in large amounts but less greasy.
