The consistency is a lighter more lotion like feel compared to our Clear Body Sunscreen and is great for daily protection, for use under makeup and when not highly active. (If you are working up a sweat, you will want to go with the Body Sunscreen or Sunscreen Stick as they are water resistant.)

Active Ingredient: Non-Nano Zinc Oxide - 24.7% Purified Water, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Aloe Vera Gel, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides (from Coconut Oil), Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Hemp Seed Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol (derived from Organic Coconut Oil without the use of chemicals), Non-GMO & Organic Corn Starch, Stearic Acid (from Palm Oil), Organic Raw Sugar, Sea Salt, Wild Harvested Aspen Bark Extract
Directions: Apply liberally on exposed skin before sun exposure, and rub in to remove any white. Reapply after sweating, after 1-2 hours of use or after towel drying
Warnings: For external use only. Discontinue use and seek a physician if skin rash develops and persists. Rinse with water if sunscreen gets in your eyes. Decrease UV exposure by limiting time in the sun, wearing protective clothing, and using sunscreen. May contain traces of macadamia or sesame seed oils.

While this sunblock does go on perfectly clear, it made me break out so bad I ended up throwing it out. My skin hasn't looked like this since I was 13. It is also sticky, and smells like mushrooms. I gave it two stars ONLY because a lot of other companies claim to have clear sunblock, and it's actually white when applied.This could have been so much better in their original oil base, instead of the cheap water base they used instead (and yet they are charging more for this formula. Go figure). I love everything about the original sunscreen except it goes on like clown makeup, which is why I tried this. Vegan (Misc.) This is one the best sunscreens I've ever tried and I tried many in search of a sunscreen suitable for my oily, acne prone skin. It has a light creamy texture, easy to apply, and goes on clear. It does leave a little shine and stickiness initially but it's minimal and does get absorbed and dries out later on. I love the fact that it contains natural ingredients, non-nano zinc oxide without any chemical sunblock. The only thing I wish more is higher SPF. I have been using Elta MD Clear SPF 46, but with one concern, which is that it contains a chemical sunscreen. Vegan (Misc.) I love the sunscreen. Did a lot of research and decided on this one. It is all natural and has been rated as excellent for blocking UVA rays on EWG Skin Deep. It really is clear as they say. Initially there is barely a white cast but quickly fades. I don't know how they did it considering it is non nano zinc being used. I would have rated this product five stars but the bottle I was sent uses a pump mechanism and it is not working. Push on pump and pump pretty much stays down and never comes back up. Carefully removed pump and carefully placed it back on and was then able to get out a squirt enough to cover almost half my face. Just emailed company and am now waiting for a reply as to how to get this thing working. Just heard back from the company they offered a replacement or refund. I took the replacement. I am very pleased |
