I have sundamage from my childhood that has manifested itself during my adulthood and every dermatologist I have been to has recommended this sunscreen. This sunscreen uses a chemial protection agent however, so it is not recommended for children or for your face. If you start to feel a burning sensation when you put it on you should discontinue the use of it on that part of your body. I bought this product after my dermatologist gave me a few samples. It has a VERY high UVA/UVB protection and is waterproof for up to 80 minutes. I used it on my face a few times, and it did cause me to get some pimples. I am blaming this "reaction" on the product, but I can't be sure. All-in-all it seems like an excellent product, especially for those who plan to be in the water over the summer. I will just not use it on my face unless this type of protection (for my face) is warranted. Her dermatologist recommends this for her and she has used it for a number of years with no problems. It is great to be able to order it for her and have it delivered to her front door.
