I don't know if spf 50 just doesn't do much for me, so I'm not giving this less than 4 stars, but my sister and I went through one of these cans in a single sunny day, and still got quite a bit of color. I mean, it didn't do NOTHING, but it didn't protect like I imagined several reapplications of spf 50 would. I am using spf 85 lotion made by Meijer now and it REALLY does the job well, without being greasy or sticky like this stuff. If you're just using it for going to the park for an hour or a partly cloudy 80 degree day at the pool, it's probably fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for prolonged exposure in 90+ degree cloudless days, because reapplied copiously every other hour and I nearly got burnt wearing this stuff. |
